Location: Hybrid – two office days and three home days per week, with travel to client sites as required
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (based on experience) plus up to 15% OTE

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving client growth, managing campaigns, and building long-term partnerships across the FMCG sector.
What you’ll be doing:
Driving new business growth through pipeline management, outreach, and re-engaging lapsed FMCG clients.
Building our digital presence, especially on LinkedIn, to attract and win new clients.
Acting as the first point of contact for client campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered to time, budget, and KPIs.
Liaising with field sales teams, retailers, and client stakeholders to ensure campaigns land effectively in-store.
Preparing tenders, proposals, and client-ready reports, analysing campaign data, and providing actionable recommendations.
Conducting store visits to keep up-to-date with category trends, retail execution, and competitor activity.
Ensuring data and feedback from field visits is captured accurately and used to enhance campaign performance.
About you:
Experience in a fast-paced business development or client-facing role, ideally within FMCG, retail or a related sector.
Strong commercial acumen with proven success in sales, client management, or new business prospecting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organised, resilient, and proactive – able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for presentations.
FMCG or retail sector experience is highly desirable.
