Logobrand is looking for an Operation Executive to join its award-winning Field Marketing Agency. The successful candidate will be able to efficiently and proactively implement our client's plans through utilising our field resource.

This will involve reviewing what resource is available, where and how long it is required to support of client campaigns. 

It will also support our POS (Point of Sale) plans with ownership of issuing to our people, often at short notice, within defined budgets.


You will be joining our team at an exciting time for the business. You will be supporting iconic and international brands such as General Mills, Moet, Mars Wrigley, Pepsi, and Jacob Douwe Egberts.


Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring that visits created are fully staffed to ensure completion deadlines are met
  • Organise client accompaniments as and when required
  • Managing field staff schedules to ensure staff are able to complete the calls to which they are booked
  • Manage the POS (Point of Sale) from request through our 3rd parties to our field people - High attention to detail and planning 
  • Build and maintain a good working relationship with all field workers
  • Carrying out store visits as and when required to ensure you’re aware of the requirements and keep up to date with the field
  • Daily communication with field and office staff
  • Daily chasing telephone calls and emails to ensure completion of work is met accordingly
  • Sending out new worker I.D. badges and retailer accreditation badges via Royal Mail
  • Manage the Staffing Queries inbox
  • Supporting the Operations Manager as and when required

Job requirements

To do the role well you will have: This is a dynamic role that can change in an instant - ability to react and provide solutions is critical to succeed. 

  • Have a can-do attitude, the role will never have 2 days the same
  • Be a people person and team player, you will have an integral role within the business
  • Be proficient at using Microsoft Outlook and Excel to manage reporting.
  • Have strong computer skills and be able to pick up systems quickly, with the ability to communicate areas that can be improved
  • The ability to work on your own, to problem solve, and great time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to react and alter prioritises as the need requires
