About the Role

As an Operations Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager and wider team to bring our client’s campaigns to life. This includes managing field staff schedules, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and overseeing the dispatch of POS (Point of Sale) materials within budget and often at short notice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resource Management: Ensure client visits are fully staffed, manage schedules, and confirm all bookings for field calls.
  • POS Coordination: Organize the timely dispatch of POS materials from third parties to field teams, maintaining strict attention to detail and budget.
  • Field Staff Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with field workers, ensuring all visits and tasks are completed on time.
  • Daily Communication: Handle calls, emails, and support the field team to meet campaign deadlines, including resolving staffing queries.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the Staffing Queries inbox, send out ID badges and accreditation, and organize client accompaniments.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Visit stores when required to stay informed on in-store needs and support the Operations Manager on various projects.

Job requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Excel Proficient: Have basic excel knowledge as you will be updating and reporting on excel daily.
  • Excellent Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize on the fly, and stay cool under pressure.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to quickly adapt to changes, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Confident communicating with team members at all levels, including handling difficult conversations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn new systems and comfortable navigating MS Outlook and other software tools.
