Job description

Logobrand is a multi-award winning field sales agency supporting iconic brands, such as Pepsi, Old El Paso, Moet & Chandon, Ginsters, Kenco and many more. At the point of purchase, we help them achieve executional excellence, maximising sales, availability, and visibility, and providing insightful feedback and information. We are seeking a full-time Regional Field Manager to join our team.

Your duties will include:

  • Complete face-to-face visits to onboard new members and continue the learning process
  • Main point of contact for our field, handling issues, queries, development, Training, engagement, motivation, coaching and performance management
  • Preparing monthly reports on field coverage and KPIs
  • Ensuring great communication with our clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proactive to scope out new opportunities
  • Champion Logobrand with the knowledge and enthusiasm to propel brand sales
  • Utilise field outputs to inform and shape development opportunities
  • Conduct full test visits ahead of key campaigns, feeding back outputs
  • Ensure territory cover for key clients, managing holiday and absences
  • Periodic attendance at Head Office in Nottingham for team-wide Sales meetings


Job requirements

To do the role well you must have:

  • Must have good computer literacy skills – Email, PowerPoint and Excel are key
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
  • The ability to work on your own, great organisational and time management skills
  • The flexibility to travel throughout the Northern geographies (Nottingham up to Edinburgh) of the UK as and when required with occasional overnight stays.
  • Have proven experience in managing a sales team within FMCG – ideally 2 years
  • An understanding of sales, merchandising and retail/grocery environments is essential to deliver the role
  • Must be a self-starter with well-developed communication skills and a professional demeanour.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to interact at any level within an organisation.
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills.
  • Fast learner with a good practical awareness.
